Amenities abound at Maingate. You can work out in the exercise room; take a walk on the paved walkway that circles the property; read a book from the library; enjoy your friends in the activity room that is complete with a kitchen; take a breakand relax by the heated pool; or play an exciting match of tennis at the lighted tennis court. You can even have a business meeting in our executive conference room on the main floor.
At Maingate we design and build enduring value into every apartment, value in the form of quality materials, old-world craftsmanship and new-age technologies. Gourmet kitchens supplied with leading-edge appliances such as built-in ranges and microwaves. You will find built-in dishwashers and garbage disposals along with hand crafted built-in cabinets and counter tops. You will adore the beautiful slate floors which are designed for ease of cleaning.

Each apartment will be equipped with top-of-the-line plumbing fixtures. Bathrooms will feature tile floors, such as ceramic or slate, built-in vanities and wall mirrors. You will enjoy nine foot (9ft.) ceilings in the living room and all bedrooms as well as the large walk-in closet for each bedroom. Carpet allowance is provided so that you may select your own carpet for the living room and bedrooms.

Park your car under one of the 58 covered parking spaces or any one of the other many spaces located near the building entrances. You will be able to meet your guest in the beautifully spacious lobby on the main floor and walk to your apartment on the first floor or ride one of two conveniently located elevators to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Each apartment home has an outside patio on the ground floor and a private balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Your mail is delivered to the main lobby on the first floor where each residence will have their own individual mailbox. Each floor provides a spaciously wide (7 ft.) corridor for those day-to-day informal meetings with other residents as you step out of your two foot recessed area in front of your new apartment home.


The all steel structural framing system and concrete floor construction is built to withstand any potential earthquake. It also includes an inside sprinkler and alarm system for fire protection. Another added feature is the front gate security system that allows each resident to open the main security gate to their guest and visitors from the comfort and security of their own home through a phone system. Residents will also find a complete security system inside the building for added protection and peace of mind.
